Park Avenue Cleaners, alongside C&R Quality Cleaners, are led by Miles Frank. After graduating from ULL in mechanical engineering in 1989, Miles began working for Babcock & Wilcox as a service engineer before purchasing Park Avenue Cleaners in Crowley in 1997. It was there that Miles learned the dry cleaning business under Gus Cart, who started Cart’s Cleaners in the same location in 1964.
